Our GTCs (general terms and conditions)

1. Purchase
When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.

2. Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping might be added (see information further down) and, if applicable, duty if the delivery is to non European Countries.
For delivery to countries outside the European Union there will be no VAT gained within the checkout process.

3. Delivery
All deliveries are handled normally with hermes or DHL

4. Warranty
Of course! You do have warranty on all products (except expendable products like bulbs) bought from us. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your products - except consumables like bulbs. As a Swedish customer the "Konsumentköplagen" applies. If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.

5. Return policy
When sending back a toshi product you first have to contact us to get a return dispatch note and the adress of our warehouse to send the products back to. It is your responsibility that the produts arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that all the products are well packed.

All return shipping costs have to be covered by the customer except there is a mistake by us. It is our ambition that all our customers are completely satisfied with the products they order from us.

When a return is completed the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited. If we receive returning goods without the proper return dispatch note the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense.

8. VAT free for companies within the EU
Companies that are VAT registered in an EU country other than Germany and that can show a valid EU VAT number will not be charged VAT. The prices on the website are shown with VAT; the VAT is drawn at checkout after you have logged in or registered. Or get in contact with the toshi customer service.

9. Payment methods
9.1 Card payment
toshi handles secure card payments in collaboration with PayPal, hipay and Secupay. You can pay with varies of Credit cards, bank accounts etc.. We as the selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account informations. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through SSL Payment gateway to your money account.

9.2 Bank transfer
If you don't like to use banc transfer as your pament method please be sure to transfer the money within in 5 days to our banc account. Otherwise your order will be discarded. Always state your order number when paying. We will send your order as soon as your payment has been recieved.

10. Error on delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged products or the wrong number of products please contact the toshi customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame for a quick correct order processing.

11. Transportation damages
Visible damage to the goods must be reported directly to the respective delivery service when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to us as soon as they are discovered.

12. Seconds
Goods in the "seconds" classification have minor flaws or faults which are shown in the description of the item.

13. Parcels that are not received by the customer and returned to us
Parcels that are ordered and not received or are returned to us due to the customer not being available for several delivery attempts will be charged the shippoing costs. Special customized ordered products are charged the full value.
